This amazing class is specially designed and formatted for beginners to intermediate, new to pole or a pole diva, this is a fantastic class.

You will discover a unique language of movement and sensual dance, on static and spinning pole. You’ll focus on breathing and create a strong connection to your body.

We emphasize building confidence and strength. This class teaches the fundamentals of pole dance , floorwork, basic spins, transitional movements and climbs.

This class is progressive, each new move builds upon the last, increasing your strength and skill every class. You will learn routines which incorporate the tricks, transitions and floor work you learned in class.
