Alexis Romano is a retired High School Guidance Counselor who found passion in Fitness, Health, and Nutrition. She became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2007.

Alexis is passionate about health, fitness and assisting people with creating and designing the life you truly deserve; with one mission in mind: to empower people to find their true passion and live a more balanced lifestyle and create optimal health.

Alexis holds a Masters Degree in Counseling, a Certified Health Coach; CHHC AADP and Natural Chef.

Thrive Fitness / BodySoulandPole was created to be a place to empower men and women to take control of their health and live their best life!

Ellie started training in pole fitness to provide a creative outlet outside of her day job.  This hobby quickly turned into a passion that has lasted for over 7 years.  Ellie has performed in several showcases in NYC, Boston, and Baltimore.  She is proud to be an active member of the extensive pole community.

Tania started pole dance two years ago as a way to get fit and feel empowered. She immediately became addicted; striving to inspire students who may not have started with a fitness background. Tania considers Body, Soul and Pole to be her sanctuary. Her goal is to utilize pole in order to inspire people to love themselves and embrace all imperfections.

Scarlet’s background is in cross country and track & field. Scarlet’s been competing as a runner since the age of 6 years old and this lifetime experience helps her understand elements of pole fitness and training. Scarlet officially started teaching pole fitness and competing in 2016
